These Terms of Service govern your use of Streami. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Streami.
1. Eligibility and your account
You may use Streami only if you meet the minimum age shown at registration and any age, location or legal requirements that apply to you. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not let another person use your account. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you tell us promptly that it has been compromised.
2. Respectful and lawful use
You must follow the Community Guidelines and applicable laws. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, deceive, spam, manipulate gifts or rewards, use bots to gain an unfair advantage, evade safety controls, infringe another person’s rights, or share prohibited content. Do not involve minors in sexual, exploitative or harmful activity. Report problems through the in-app tools so our safety team can investigate.
3. Your content and live activity
You retain ownership of the content you create. To operate Streami, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt for technical delivery and moderate that content. This licence ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backup, safety, legal or already-shared copies. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share your content.
Live rooms are real-time and user-generated. We may remove content, limit a feature, mute, suspend or close an account when needed to protect people, investigate reports, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
4. Coins, gifts, subscriptions and payments
Where available, Coins and other virtual items are limited, personal licences for use in Streami. They are not money, a bank account, an investment, legal tender or a transferable stored-value balance. Prices, packages, subscriptions, catalogues, availability and regional limits may change. Purchases are handled through the applicable store or payment provider and are subject to that provider’s rules and consumer rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
Do not use self-gifting, coordinated transactions, chargeback abuse or any other method to manipulate Streami’s economy. Streami may hold, reverse, limit or investigate activity where there are credible fraud, security, legal or policy concerns, subject to applicable law.
5. Creators, earnings and payouts
Creator earnings, eligibility, conversion rules, minimum thresholds and payout methods are shown in the service where offered. A payout may require identity verification, age or regional eligibility, tax information, fraud checks and review. You are responsible for information and taxes that the law assigns to you. Streami can delay or decline a payout where necessary to prevent fraud, resolve a dispute or comply with law.
6. Games, events and AI
A game, tournament, event, giveaway or promotion may have additional rules, eligibility limits and regional restrictions. Those rules are part of these Terms for that activity. Streami does not authorise illegal gambling or chance-based wagering through the service.
AI features may be unavailable, limited by account or region, or produce inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable results. Review every result before using or sharing it. Do not use AI features to violate rights, deceive people, create harmful content or make decisions where professional judgement is required. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads and use of generated results.
7. Intellectual property and third parties
Streami’s brand, app, design and software are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended by these Terms. Third-party services and links have their own terms and privacy practices; Streami is not responsible for those services.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using Streami and use the in-app account controls to request deletion. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, safety or security risk, fraud, legal requirement or prolonged inactivity, with notice where appropriate. We may update these Terms for product, legal or safety changes. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
9. Disclaimers, liability and local rights
Streami is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Streami does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free service and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any governing-law, dispute-resolution or regional consumer notice that applies to you will be provided in the applicable regional notice.
