Delete your account in the Streami app
- Sign in to the Streami account you want to delete.
- Open Settings and select Delete account.
- Read the warning. If your account has a password, enter your current Streami password when requested.
- Confirm only if you want to permanently delete that account.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Uninstalling Streami or removing a social sign-in connection does not by itself delete your Streami account. Deleting Streami does not delete your Facebook, Google or WhatsApp account.
Cannot sign in, or want to request deletion of particular data?
Email support@streami.fun with the subject “Streami data deletion request.” Include your Streami ID or the email/phone number associated with the account and explain whether you are requesting account deletion or deletion of specific information. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send your password, verification codes or payment-card details.
What happens to your information?
When in-app account deletion succeeds, Streami deactivates the account, clears identifying account/profile fields, removes linked sign-in identities and revokes refresh sessions. It also erases the departing sender’s direct-message text and clears identity-review names and document references in the account records. Some associated stored files require separate processing; not every copy disappears immediately.
Financial transactions, wallet-ledger entries and records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes or legal obligations may be retained. Content already shared with others and copies held by other people or independent services may remain outside Streami’s control. The handling of a request depends on the data concerned and applicable requirements; contact support for information about your request.
