Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is never allowed on Streami. We remove it, ban the accounts involved and report it to the authorities.
Streami is for adults only
Streami is only for people aged 18 and over. Every account must confirm a date of birth before the app opens. Accounts that declare an age under 18 cannot get in and cannot try again with a different date; only Streami support can review a mistaken entry. Streami can also require age confirmation again before an account goes live, sends gifts or withdraws earnings.
What is prohibited
- Any content that sexualises a minor, including images, video, live streams, audio, text, drawings, AI-generated material or links to it.
- Grooming: building a relationship with a minor, or with someone believed to be a minor, for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, or threatening or coercing anyone to produce sexual content involving a minor.
- Trafficking, advertising or soliciting minors for sexual purposes.
- Sharing, requesting, trading or selling CSAM, or directing people to where it can be found.
- Any attempt to contact, meet or exploit a minor through Streami.
How to report
- In the app, use Report on the profile, post, reel, message or live room. Every one of them has Report and Block.
- Choose the safety reason that fits and add any detail you can. Reports go straight to Streami's moderation team.
- You can also email support@streami.fun with the subject “Child safety report.” Do not attach or forward illegal images; describe where you saw them instead.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline or the child-protection hotline in your country.
What we do when something is reported
- Reports about children are reviewed first.
- Violating content is removed, and the accounts involved are banned from Streami.
- We preserve the evidence needed by investigators.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant national authorities, as the law requires, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
Compliance and contact
Streami complies with the child safety laws that apply where it operates. Our designated contact for child-safety matters, including enquiries from law enforcement and child-protection organisations, is support@streami.fun.
